Putting a call on Hold

To place a call on hold:

  1. Press the Hold soft key during a call.

Note: The phone will beep softly every 30 seconds to remind you that you still have a call on hold.

To resume a held call:

Press the Resume soft key.

Multiple Calls on Hold:

Press  or  to switch between calls, and then press the Resume soft key to retrieve the desired call.
If more than one call is placed on hold, a numbered prompt appears on the LCD screen, for
example “1/2”, indicating that this is the first call out of second calls.

The phone will beep softly every 30 seconds to remind you that you still have a call on hold.

When a call is placed on hold, you and the caller will no longer be able to hear one another. The caller will hear the default Music on Hold.

To change the Music on hold contact EMAK Telecom by sending an email to support@emak.tech or calling us at *611 or (514) 400-0226 and selecting option 2 for support.
