Yealink Call Conference

Yealink phones allow you to conference up to 5 people at the same time (yourself and 4 others).

How to Conference

  1. Press the Conference soft key during an active call.
  2. The call will automatically be placed on hold.
  3. Dial the number of the second party.
  4. Press the Send soft key
  5. Press the Conference soft key again when the second party answers. All parties are now joined in the conference.
  6. Press the Cancel soft key or hang up to end the call.

Splitting a Conference

While on an existing conference call, you can split the conference into two individual calls by pressing the Split soft key.

Merging a Conference

If you already have two or more active calls and would like to merge them into a conference call press More -> Merge

Calls are merged into a conference call.
