Call block allows you block specific numbers and either reject, them, put them on hold, send the calls directly to voicemail. Call blocking is applied across your entire system. As such, by default, only admin or power user accounts can enable call block. If you do not have permissions, contact your company administrator or call our support to request access.

Reject – Will reject the call
Busy – Will send a busy signal
Hold – Will put the call on hold
Voicemail – Will send the call to the specified voicemail box
Tips and Tricks
On the Call Block Add, screen, you will see Recent Calls. To quickly block an annoying number, you can click the recent call to select it, then click the BLOCK button to instantly add it to your call block list.

You can see how many times a caller has been blocked on the Call Block screen in the Count field.
