How to send fax online

New Fax Application

If you have activated the Fax server option, you will be able to send and receive faxes through the Client Phone Portal.

Prerequisites: To get started, you will first have to log in to the portal. You will also need to have the Fax option enabled for your account. To add faxing to your account, contact us at (514) 738-6000 and a member of the EMAK Talk customer success team will be happy to help.

 

 

 

Wait for Confirmation
After you send or receive a fax, you will automatically receive an email notification confirming the delivery status. This email acts as your official delivery receipt.

You can also verify the result directly in the Fax application by checking the Status section.
