Call Intercept or Call Pickup
Call intercept also known as Call Pickup, allows you to pick up incoming calls to another extension.
Having BLF keys of the extensions in your office greatly helps to do this.
When an incoming call is ringing on another extension in your office the BLF key flashes red, press the flashing BLF key to pick up their call.
It is also possible to intercept the call by dialing **(ext#).
For example, if a call is ringing on extension 101, dialing **101 would pick up that call.
This is especially useful for phones with limited functionality or no BLF keys.
