EMAK Telecom Ports and IPs to Whitelist and Firewall Rules

If your company has special security requirements, access to our services may be blocked on your router or firewall. In this case, you may need to add manual exceptions to allow our services to operate normally. This is most common in Clinics and Dental Clinics, who may use services provided by Net+ ACDQ or other.

80 TCP – HTTP Provisioning
443 TCP – HTTPS Provisioning
16384-32768 UDP – RTP Media
5349 UDP – STUN Server
3478 UDP – STUN Server

Router SIP ALG

We always recommend that you find instructions on how to disable SIP ALG on your router. The process to do this varies by make and model. Symptoms of SIP ALG being interfering with calls is if you have one-way audio (e.g. one side cannot hear the other side).
