Adding BLF & Speed dial keys

Login to EMAK’s phone portal to add BLF and Speed dial keys on your phones.

From your dashboard click on Extensions:

Under devices click on the phone assigned to your extension

To add a BLF Key:

1. For Category choose Line
2. For Key start with 1
3. For Type in the drop down menu choose the phone model then BLF
4. For Line choose 1
5. For Value enter the extension number
6. For Extension enter ** if you would like to have the option to intercept calls coming to this extension
7. For Label enter the extension name

To add a Speed dial key:

1. For Category choose Line
2. For Key enter the key number (increment from previous Key)
3. For Type in the drop down menu choose the phone model then Speed Dial
4. For Line choose 1
5. For Value enter the phone number
6. Keep Extension blank
7. For Label enter the name
