We offer many different convenient options for creating auto attendant voice prompts/recordings depending on your needs.
AI Voice Prompts
AI voice prompts are computer generated recordings that can be used for your phone menu. Below are samples of our available English and French voices. Initial AI voice generations are free and any modifications within the first 30 days are free. After that, any modifications are $9.95 per request
Delays are usually between 24-48 hours and could be longer (3-5 business days) depending on the amount of requests. Please send us the complete script in all requested languages.We will not translate nor fill in the blanks on scripts. We take the scripts and simply do direct transcoding. The scripts must be in a format that can be copy-pasted. Images or scans are not accepted.
Multiple edits on scripts will increase the delay before the menus are completed.
We are currently working hard developing a new convenient tool to allow customers to easily create new recordings. We are looking forward to rolling this out within the coming months.
